The promoter of this prize draw is Carrus Limited.
The prize is for return flights for two people (recipients) from Wellington Airport to Tauranga on Friday 18 November 2016, retuning on Sunday 20 November 2016.
Transport to and from Wellington airport is the recipients’ responsibility and cost.
Upon arrival in Tauranga a Festival team member will take the recipients to the Trinity Wharf Hotel to collect the courtesy vehicle and check in to a ‘Premium Water View Spa’ room. The prize is for a twin/double room only. All additional costs, including meals, drinks and other extras are the responsibility of the recipients.
Recipients will be required to present a valid driver’s license and to comply with the courtesy car company’s terms and conditions regarding use of the vehicle.
Recipients will also be required to sign an acknowledgement for receipt of two 5 day Garden & Art Festival tickets, including an agreement to comply with all Health and Safety obligations.
A Festival team member will collect the recipients from Trinity Wharf Hotel on Sunday and transport them to the Tauranga Airport for their return flight to Wellington.
Unless you tick the “opting out clause” in your entry submission, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be made available to Carrus Limited and to the Garden & Arts Festival Trust for ongoing promotional purposes. The prize is not transferrable and the promoter’s determination of the winner is final.
